To this end, our factory makes the following commitments to product quality and after-sales service:
1. Pre-sales service
(1) Warmly welcome the visit of the user, and promptly deal with the user's calls, letters, faxes and other inquiries.
(2) In the user selection stage, users are welcome to visit our factory. Our factory is willing to provide technical information about the products, and provide various technical consultations and answer user questions in a timely manner. If the user needs, our factory will help the user who is not familiar with the product to choose the most suitable product, correct specification and model.
2. On-sale service
(1) After the contract is signed, users are welcome to come to our factory to inspect and supervise the production. Our factory will provide active cooperation and provide convenience for the inspection and production supervision personnel in work and life. Our factory will actively adopt and take timely improvement measures for the reasonable opinions on the manufacturing quality of electrical products put forward by the user stationed personnel.
(2) Organize production in strict accordance with contract technical requirements and relevant national standards, ensure quality and quantity, and deliver on time.
(3) Before the product leaves the factory, according to the user's requirements, notify the user to send people to participate in the inspection together. Our factory will provide the convenience of life and work for the personnel sent by the user, and provide free training to the user.
(4) Before the product is shipped, our factory will notify the user and provide the user with the detailed technical information of the product, including sample information, product quality certificate, factory inspection report, delivery list, installation and operation manual, equipment maintenance related documents.
(5) When the goods are shipped, they can be picked up by the user or transported by our factory on behalf of the user. If the goods are damaged or damaged due to our transportation, our factory will send someone to deal with them in time until the user is satisfied.
(6) The goods are delivered to the user's site. If the user requests, our factory will send people to participate in the inspection and acceptance, and will provide the user with free training on the installation, use and maintenance of electrical equipment.
(7) If the user requests to supply in advance due to the urgent construction schedule or other special circumstances, our factory will be urgent for the user's urgency, deal with special events, give priority to production, and do our best to meet the user's requirements.
3. After-sale service
(1) Our factory implements the system of after-sales service within 24 hours, that is, after receiving the notification from the user to provide after-sales service, our factory guarantees to respond within 3 hours, and send full-time technical personnel to the site to troubleshoot equipment failures within 24 hours.
(2) Our factory provides the manufacturer's quality inspection verification, certificate of conformity and other relevant information for the selected materials and the materials of the main parts, and is responsible for them for life. Confirmation is the responsibility of our factory, and our factory is responsible for proper disposal or exchange and return free of charge. If the quality problem is caused by the responsibility of the user, our factory will also actively assist in solving it and strive to meet the requirements of the user. And ensure the timely provision of technical support and equipment/material support.
(3) If users need to provide technical guidance during installation and use, our factory will send professionals to provide services in time to meet user requirements.
