Automatic Power Station Main Features:
When the power grid loses power, it can automatically start the diesel generator within 20 seconds and automatically close the power supply.
When the diesel generator is supplying power, if the grid load exceeds 90% of the capacity of the single unit, the standby diesel generator set will be automatically started and automatically closed and frequency-modulated to realize the parallel operation of the two units. When the power supply grid load exceeds 95% of the total capacity of the power station, the After 1 minute delay (adjustable time), the unimportant load is automatically unloaded. When the diesel generators are running in parallel, if the grid load is less than 40% of the capacity of the power station, the units connected in parallel will perform automatic load transfer and automatic unloading. , The heavy load inquiry function is disconnected from the power grid. The heavy load inquiry needs to be carried out before the heavy load starts, which is calculated by the automatic power station. If the capacity of the power station allows starting, a start command will be issued; if the capacity of the power station is small and the power station is running on a single machine, the standby diesel will be automatically started. generator set. The load can be started only after the automatic power station sends the starting command to ensure that the power grid will not cause overload tripping due to the sudden start of the high-power motor. The automatic power station has a self-checking function.
The automatic power station has the extended alarm function stipulated in the AUTO-0 specification, and has a communication interface. All parameters are sent to AMS for automatic management. Sequential starting of important loads.
Purpose:

Structural features:
The basic structural form of marine switchboard is split box type, screen type or frame assembled type. The box-type structure is suitable for small power distribution boards. It is made of thin steel plates after folding and welding. The screen type and frame assembly type structure are suitable for large and medium-sized switchboards, and the basic structure is assembled and welded by standard frame type special profiles. The installation of internal components adopts a detachable three-dimensional arrangement structure, which is very convenient for installation, use and maintenance; floor-mounted fixed installation, front and rear doors, and can be used for two-way maintenance. All-aluminum alloy structure can be made to reduce weight according to user requirements.
